Brian D. Hoffman, MD

Dr. Brian Hoffman graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed his residency at Bethesda Hospital Family Practice.

Dr. Hoffman is one of only a few physicians in Ohio who received recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke. This recognition has been awarded for three years as of February 2008.

Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. Hoffman is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine, the Ohio State Medical Associates, the Warren County Medical Society and the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine. He also volunteers as a team physician for Mason High School and several pre-high school teams.
