Susan L. Fremont, MD, PhD 

Dr. Susan Fremont, Board Certified in Family Medicine, graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Cincinnati Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Fremont received her Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Fremont is one of only a few physicians in Ohio who received recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke. This recognition has been awarded for three years as of February 2008.
